One of the HIghlights of COP 24- Listening to the words of Al Gore

His words are the same. His concern about climate change and biodiversity. This message was also presented by Sir David Attenborough and the Ministers of the Environment that were in attendance at the COP.

Why then, are there countries that are raising roadblocks to the details requried to have all UN member coutries follow through with the Paris Agreement.

While there was basic agreement on the Rule Book, there are matters that remain outstanding to be dealt with at the next COP.
